UCMAS Odisha & North East India is the authorised regional franchise partner of UCMAS (Universal Concept Mental Arithmetic System) for Odisha, Assam, and the North Eastern states of India. We operate a network of abacus mental arithmetic learning centres for children aged 4–13.

References to "we", "our", "us" in these Terms refer to UCMAS Odisha & North East India. References to "you" refer to any visitor, parent, guardian, or prospective franchise investor accessing this website.

Any franchise agreement entered into will be a separate, legally binding contract between the franchisee and UCMAS Odisha & North East India and/or UCMAS India, and is not created by or inferred from content on this website.

We do not guarantee territory availability. Territories are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis subject to assessment and agreement execution.
